Tasks
As the Sales Manager Engine Services, you will perform the following duties:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the designated spanets
- Identify sales opportunities suitable for LHT capabilities
- Prepare operational sales plans to achieve and secure engine MRO business
- Strategical projects
- Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation risk assessment and coordination with LHT internal product lines
- Provide technical consulting on engine MRO
- Negotiate and conclude contracts
- Follow up for collection of payment
- Identify and resolve customer concerns
- Establish, maintain and develop current and potential customer relationships
- Prepare presentations and promotional material
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities
- Prepare a variety of Sales status reports
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- University degree in technical (mechanical/aeronautical engineering) and/or business (e.g. industrial engineering) subject with knowledge in business-management or comparable competencies
- 5 years of experience in sales / customer service for technical product
- Min. 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service of engine MRO or similar industry
- Fluency in English language
- German, Spanish or Portuguese language desirable
- Aviation/MRO industry experience
- Understanding of airline industry & regional spanets
- MS Office & SAP as expert
- Assessment screening
- Willingness to travel throughout the Americas Regions and Europe
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
