Job Description for Manager Sales
• Achieving Revenue Targets: Ensure that the agreed City Corporate revenues are met/exceeded.• Corporate Relationships: Maintain effective relationships with corporates within the City to achieve the agreed objectives as stated above. Work closely with AD on Top & High Potential to build & strengthen relationship by carrying out Reviews & Agenda Specific Meeting to expand business on both International & Domestic routes. • Team Management: Ensure team members are aligned with the vision of the organization and are coached & groomed to take higher responsibilities & challenges in their on-going job role & eventually within the organization. Keep high engagement levels through regular meetings/brain storming sessions/celebrations to keep the team motivated and adapt to fast moving changing environment.• Synergy with Trade Team: Carry out regular reviews with trade team to generate leads & smooth servicing of Corporate centric agents in much more focused & data driven approach.• Customer Handling: Ensure efficient sales service to customers in accordance with their business requirements, including timely information on product, policies, schemes, schedule and other updates etc. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business, increased spanet share and sustainable relationships.• Market Intelligence: Provide timely and actionable MIS to AD/RM ensuring that the revenues remain on track and the HO can react effectively to OAL spanet practices. Regular spanet updates to make correction in the sales planning to increase effectiveness.• Networking: Responsible for ensuring a wide spread spanet coverage and distribution network of the corporates, by identifying potential corporates. Ensure that the sales calls specified/planned per month are met not only for self but also team members. Ensure IndiGo visibility is there in Market Events/Activities /Roadshow and lead by example. • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing quality services to meet individual corporates needs. Be patient and courteous while handling corporates in different/difficult situations. Impart precise knowledge to corporates.• Ensure that corporates or corporate’s employee’s queries/ complaints are addressed by the team members in a timely and efficient manner and required be do intervention before it reaches as escalation.• Co-ordination: Undertake close co-ordination with related departments like Sales Support, Commercial and various other departments with an aim to ensure better service to the clients.
Minimum Education Requirement - Graduate
Experience- 8 to 10 Years
