2026 Entry Level - Global Sales Associate - McCauley

JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Sales Associate (GSA) will assist with growing McCauley propeller and afterspanet parts sales with aircraft owners, authorized service facility (ASF) partners, maintenance facilities, and fleet operators. The Global Sales Associate will play a key role in generating new leads and prospecting. They will work directly with the Global Sales Manager and Sr. Manager Sales and Bus. Development for tactical day-to-day responsibilities and significant project assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The GSA will provide sales support to the assigned sales regions. This support includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Quote creation and follow-up (where applicable)
New Capture and Low Visit lead generation
New opportunity creation and administration
Coordination with Parts Sales, Service Sales, New Aircraft Sales and Field Service Engineering teams where applicable
Collaborate with internal support and distribution teams to resolve customer issues
Salesforce.com opportunity administration
Identifies business development opportunities with fleet operators, aircraft OEMs, STC holders, special missions contracts, etc.
Actively engages with McCauley ASF partners. Provides feedback to ASF partners through the use of sales metrics on progress towards achieving sales targets.
Uses a variety of spaneting techniques to secure sales for McCauley including site-based visits, telespaneting, and written correspondence.
Assists with spanet research for external and internal parts, competitor analysis, industry data and trends, etc.
Assists customers with warranty, orders, service, and customer relation issues.
Provides input into the development of new product ideas and sales incentives/promotions.
Coordinates and hosts customer visits, tours, and represents McCauley at trade shows and events as assigned.
Remains current with aviation industry and financial spanet news to maintain an awareness of issues likely to impact customers and potential customers.
Continuously researches spanet within the identified territory to identify prospective customers.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree required.
Sales and/or spaneting experience preferred
Aviation experience is preferred
Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sound business acumen.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Motivated and self-directed to deliver high quality results.
Strong analytical, financial and computer skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Candidate must be willing to travel 25-50 of the time in associated spanets.
