The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join the team.
As the Senior Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst, within Global Trade Controls you will drive and facilitate the execution of Boeing’s export information protection program, drive awareness and compliance to delegated, statutory and organization policies and procedures including technical and administrative controls. This role leads the coordination on relevant projects associated with export security risk reduction and ensures visibility of the results of security risk assessments and areas of non-compliance with recommended strategies for risk mitigations and remediation of control deficiencies. The role provides process improvements to risk management quality using operational metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) based on critical security events.
This position allows the selected candidate to be based out of one of the following: Hazelwood, MO; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA, or Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads and assists with the development and deployment of cybersecurity controls for assigned systems to meet enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
Utilizes project management skillset to manage assigned team to facilitate effective execution
Provides guidance and coaching to support teams of assigned systems and/or defined scope
Manages and performs cybersecurity risk management and/or policy development and deployment
Leads and participates in cybersecurity assessments and audits both in terms of controls and risks
Prepares, reviews, and presents technical reports and briefings
Identifies root causes, prioritizes threats and recommends and/or implements corrective action
Provides mentoring and technical leadership to teams within a defined organizational team
Explores the enterprise for evolving state of knowledge and methods regarding cybersecurity best practices
Contributes to development of enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that may reach across multiple stakeholder organizations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience with cybersecurity, information protection, and risk management
5+ years of experience in policies and implementation of Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree in related fields of Computer Science, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics
Current industry certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or CGEIT
Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, financial services). Familiarity with trade control regulations and practices
IT compliance/audit experience

Summary pay range: $115,600 – $167,900
