Jetvia is a premium private aviation company specializing in on-demand charter. We work with a growing customer base to offer exclusive access to one-way private jet travel.
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our growing one-way flight program. You will help manage and post available flights, monitor their booking status, communicate with passengers, and maintain accurate scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Review Jetvia’s internal flight schedules and identify empty legs available for customer booking.
- Enter flight details into our operator dashboard or designated platform.
- Monitor bookings and notify internal teams when a flight is sold or closed.
- Reach out to selected passengers to:
- Collect IDs and manifest info
- Provide confirmations and updates
- Coordinate any passenger-specific needs
- Track and update flight statuses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Interest or experience in aviation is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, or CRM platforms preferred
- Must be reliable and responsive during business hours or flight-critical times
