Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be in charge of the preparation and follow up of high level and detailed schedule for the activities developed inside Engineering.
You will ensure the Engineering control of deviations in schedule and budgets (manHours).
This includes:
Manage high level and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities .
Update scheduling into Unified Planning Tool (UP)
Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (manHours). Support to the chief engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programmes.
Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning. Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning. Support to the chief engineer office in the coordination of the engineering activities.
Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the programme (Programmes, Operations, Services, ….) scheduling tasks.
For the planning tasks will be in charge/support/collaboration of the following activities:
Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.
Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over
Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization
Myworkload&43; management
Plans and WL control
Desired skills and qualifications
- Degree in engineering (aerospace technology/ industrial engineering)
- First experience in Engineering
- Experience with SAP, M. OFFICE, PROJECT, UP
- Fluent English, knowledge, advanced German knowledge, Spanish would be a plus
