PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry-leading HVAC manufacturing organization to find skilled and motivated Industrial Insulators who take pride in precision craftsmanship and quality workmanship. In this hands-on role, youll play a critical part in ensuring the performance, efficiency, and reliability of advanced HVAC systems by installing and verifying insulation components that meet the highest industry standards.

What Youll Do
As an Industrial Insulator, youll be responsible for ensuring insulation systems are accurately installed and documented throughout the manufacturing process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Reviewing travelers, prints, and insulation Bills of Materials (BOMs) to verify material availability and condition before work begins.
Confirming vacuum integrity according to leak-test protocols prior to insulation installation.
Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing insulation on shells, heads, and piping systems.
Applying adhesives, bands, and jacketing materials according to specifications and quality standards.
Completing critical check sheets and documenting vacuum readings before and after insulation installation to support leak detection traceability.
Following all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience fabricating, fitting, and installing insulation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience working in high-mix product manufacturing settings.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, prints, and Bills of Materials.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
Ability to regularly lift materials weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
Willingness and ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, gloves, sleeves, scissors, knives, and other safety equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HVAC, pressure vessel, or industrial equipment manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of vacuum systems, leak-testing procedures, or insulation quality documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
