Reports to: Director of Maintenance

• CHI Aviation is seeking a qualified candidate for a Hanger Lead. 
• Supervise and coordinate daily hangar operations, including aircraft maintenance, inspections,and repairs.
• Lead, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Support operational aircraft during training and other company missions.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company manuals and applicable aviationregulations
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of completed work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation and review the maintenancestatus, to include weight and balance currency and schedule all routine inspections inaccordance with CHI company manuals.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce proper procedures and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of required materialsand tools.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet operational deadlines.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex maintenance issues and provide technicalguidance.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational status, delays, and staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned

• Current A&P License.
• Experience with maintaining Sikorsky S61, CASA 212, Pilatus PC-12 aircraft preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions, including aircraft accessories, components, and other hardware.
• Thorough working knowledge of all current FAA regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under the pressure of time and schedule constraints accurately.
• Field work and travel as necessary.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
