Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITY You are accountable for the design, governance, and delivery of a comprehensive Total Reward Framework that encompasses base pay, short/long-term incentives, and holistic employee wellbeing.
Acting as the primary subject matter expert and strategic advisor to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders, you will ensure our reward strategies are financially sustainable, strictly compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with our corporate goals.
You hold the crucial responsibility of safeguarding pay equity, managing risk controls, and utilizing data-driven insights to model future reward scenarios.
Main ActivitiesStrategic Market Insights: Conduct continuous market research and benchmarking leveraging advanced HR analytics. Anticipate industry trends, track modern compensation practices (e.g., flexible rewards, wellbeing programs), and provide proactive recommendations to maintain the competitive edge.
Job Architecture & Evaluation: Lead the Job Evaluation process and job architecture design using the global grading methodologies. Ensure internal equity and alignment with evolving business structures, including digital and hybrid roles.
Reward Governance & Compliance: Govern and annually refine remuneration policies and guidance documents. Ensure rigorous compliance with the latest labor regulations and disclosure requirements. Proactively identify risks and implement robust control mechanisms across all reward processes.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Partner with the Rewards to deliver predictive analytics, comprehensive pay modeling, and cost-impact analyses. Transform complex remuneration data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Strategic HRBP Advisory: Advise HRBPs and business leaders on complex reward solutions throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., critical talent acquisition, mobility, promotions, and retention strategies), championing pay transparency and internal fairness.
Annual Reward Cycle Management: Process and manage the annual performance pay and variable pay schemes flawlessly, ensuring high data integrity, strict adherence to timelines, and effective communication to the business.
QUALIFICATIONEducation:
with a Bachelor degree and above in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Reward Consulting.
Proven track record working within an HR COE model or a highly matrixed corporate environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Demonstrated Capabilities:
Analytical: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify anomalies and trends. Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, and familiarity with modern HRIS (e.g., Workday) or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik) is a strong plus.
Strategic & Consultative Mindset: High level of business acumen with the ability to translate complex reward data into compelling business narratives. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Agility & Detail Orientation: Ability to deliver flawlessly under tight timeframes while managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly meticulous with a clear focus on quality and risk management.
Continuous Improvement: A proactive attitude toward optimizing processes, with a keen interest in leveraging automation and AI tools in HR practices.
