HR Advisor 
Location: Filton
Contract until September 2026
Leading Aerospace & Defence Client

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading aerospace and defence organisation in Filton. This role is offered on a PAYE basis, paying 20.93 per hour, and runs until September 2026.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both managers and employees, ensuring effective people management and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

• Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

• Use IT and data analytics to drive evidence-based decision making.

• Ensure a customer-focused, solution-oriented HR service.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong IT and data analytics skills.

• Proficiency with Google Suite (advantageous).

• Proficiency with Workday (advantageous).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and take initiative.

• Adaptable, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

• Proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively.

• Eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
