ABOUT THE JOB
- Help in Identifying the local learning needs.
- Deliver relevant and impactful HR & Learning initiatives to our hotel colleagues.
- Ensure training content is relevant for the local audience and share feedback with the Cluster Learning Advisor and central People Development & Culture Team.
- Translate training material in the local language.
- Support the onboarding process of new colleagues and late starters, delivering the Induction program, providing the onboarding checklist and collecting feedback.
- Partner with management team to identify opportunities to improve career development and colleague retention.
- Support the implementation of the mentoring and buddy system program.
- Track all the local training initiatives using the company available reporting tools.
- Help in HR activities as required.
- Support the promotion of global initiatives ensuring colleagues engagement.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and asset management.
ABOUT YOU
- A diploma or studies in hospitality or Human Resources field
- English and Swahili language proficiency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-discipline and able to take initiatives
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passion and motivation for training and people development.
- Ability to be a role model by consistently embodying and promoting our TUI Hotels & Resorts behaviors and standards
- Attention to details and a commitment to quality.
