Join the TUI Global HR Systems and People Analytics Team as a Data Scientist, where youll drive the evolution of HR decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI. In this role, youll operate at the intersection of data, business, and technology, shaping how we predict, optimize, and transform the employee experience across our global organization.

• Building scalable data solutions using Python and modern data tools will keep you engaged.

• Youll translate complex analytical outputs into clear and actionable business insights that drive real change.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all analytics products.

• You bring proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar roles.

• Advanced hands-on skills in Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation are essential.

• Strong experience with Tableau is a must.

• Proven expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical modelling will set you up for success.

• Youve delivered end-to-end data science solutions in a business environment before.

• Translating business challenges into scalable analytical solutions comes naturally to you.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
