JOB TITLE: Cable Assembler

PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: 4/10 1st Shift (Mon Thu, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM EST; OT available on weekends)

Summary:

Follow diagrams, drawings, and print instructions for layouts and assembly.

Use hand/power tools, jigs, and saws for production and prototype builds.

Perform soldering, crimping, stripping, and wire/cable harness assembly.

Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections.

Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies and prototypes.

Maintain adherence to quality specifications (IPC-610/620 knowledge a plus).

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong mechanical aptitude (experience or related hobbies such as soldering, model building, etc.).

Ability to read/interpret blueprints, wire harness prints, and process instructions.

Skilled in mechanical/electrical assembly, soldering, and cable harness work.

Ability to use computers; strong written and communication skills.

Must be able to read/write English.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
