Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Mid-level or Senior Level Tool Integration Analyst to join our team that will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead the identification and implementation of process improvements within the Tooling Value Stream. This position is based out of Everett or Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides visibility to management and customers.
- Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds.
- Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered plans for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects.
- Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management.
- Resolves discrepancies.
- Coordinates work off-loading and confers with ETOM to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems.
- Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures.
- Works under general direction.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes
- 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems.
- Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream
- Proficient with Ariba purchasing systems
- Proficiency in ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log and CTMA systems.
- Experience in SAT, CMES, CTDM and Redars systems
- Continuous improvement experience

Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $78,200 - $105,800
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $96,050 - $129,950
