Tasks
The Team Lead Fulfilment, Closed Loop is responsible for:
- Managing & coordinating product division components for the Asia Pacific region, including Customer Service, Account Management, & Supply-chain activities
- Taking responsibility for the performance of component contracts with airline customers in APAC
- Securing existing business, supporting new acquisitions, & ensuring alignment with internal departments
- Ensuring good business relationships with customer organizations & handling escalations & disputes
- Leading, motivating, & developing a multidisciplinary team, including HR-related responsibilities such as hiring, training, & performance evaluation
- Leading complex projects & managing special tasks
- Working confidently in an international organization with cross-regional coordination
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in Sales or Customer Relations, ideally in aviation MRO or similar technical services.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
- Excellent intercultural awareness
- Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
- Like working with people, solving problems, & developing yourself by being challenged
- Possess a strong character to drive business & customer relationships forwards
- Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent & professional way
- Able to travel to Germany & extensively within Asia
