Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement & Supply Chain, the Procurement Manager is accountable for supplier delivery performance supporting uninterrupted operations at the Garden Grove site. This role leads the day-to-day execution of procurement operations, proactively managing supplier performance, mitigating supply risk, and resolving delivery challenges to achieve 100 operational uptime.

As the primary escalation point for operational buyers, the Procurement Manager provides leadership, prioritization, and issue resolution to ensure timely material flow. This position partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to maintain continuity of supply while driving accountability, performance improvement, and operational excellence across the supply base.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Buyers while overseeing daily performance and execution
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and services in line with MRP demand and business schedules
• Own buyer KPI development and performance management, including requisition compliance, MRP execution, and delivery metrics
• Drive supplier performance improvement, including on time delivery, risk mitigation, and relationship management
• Implement and enforce standard work, daily management routines, and procurement process discipline
• Ensure purchase orders align with contracts, inventory targets, cost objectives, and compliance requirements
