About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for the Senior Program Integration Liaison. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. This position will serve as a senior advisor and liaison between BAE Systems and the US Air Force, providing executive-level support to government leadership. This role will report to the Director of Information Services and require exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Air Forces mission, goals, and objectives.
The Program Integration Liaison provides high‑level, non‑decision‑making support to senior US Air Force civilian leadership and other designated government officials. Acting as a trusted contractor partner, the Program Integration Liaison coordinates communications, prepares briefing materials, and facilitates cross‑functional interaction between BAE Systems and government stakeholders. The role is strictly advisory/administrative and does not perform any inherently governmental functions such as policy formulation, acquisition authority, or contract award decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact between BAE Systems program teams and government leadership; facilitate information flow, issue escalations, and resolution tracking.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership, providing expert guidance and counsel to support informed decision-making.
- Represent BAE Systems in meetings, briefings, and other forums with Air Force senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the Air Force and other government agencies.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement solutions to support Air Force objectives.
- Provide input on Air Force program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a liaison between BAE Systems and the US Air Force, facilitating communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret Air Force policies, directives, and guidance, providing recommendations to BAE Systems and government leadership.
- Recommend enhancements to liaison processes, templates, and tools to increase efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
