Lead High-Impact Supply Chain Projects – Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Principal Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Project Manager
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Principal ISC Project Manager to lead complex supply chain work transfer initiatives. This is a high-visibility role supporting strategic growth and operational excellence within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Principal ISC Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery, with a focus on supplier readiness, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and change management tools while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate supply chain work transfer and supplier readiness projects.
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
Conduct risk analysis and maintain risk registers to proactively manage project risks.
Maintain and utilize RAIL logs and decision logs to support change management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of project management experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Experience with SAP and supply chain work transfers (e.g., new product introductions into suppliers).
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
PMP Certification.
Proficiency in Smartsheet.
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
Experience managing RAIL logs, decision logs, and risk registers.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Pay Details: $75.48 to $82.00 per hour
