ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
The Controller and Business Partner will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights to support strategic planning.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a subsidiary of a larger organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
