Demand Planning & Network Efficiency Manager
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the position:
Demand Planning & Network Efficiency Manager’s primary responsibility will be to ensure crew availability and efficiency and manage AOC interaction with Commercial.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the end-to-end headcount sourcing process across all airlines of Wizz Air Group.
- Manage interaction with Commercial
- AC allocation planning
- AC utilization including crew utilization impact
- Network change planning
- Crew demand modelling/forecasting
- Ensure ULCC schedule
- Oversight of the recruitment and manpower planning process
- Ensuring crew availability and efficiency
- Leading role in process and system development
- Building and maintaining forecasting and financial evaluation tools as required
- Cross functional project management
- Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Crew Planning, Operations, Training, Human Resources)
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements are advantages
- Bachelors or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
- Good oral and written presentations skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
