What You Will Do *
- Lead and program manage technical leadership and capability development initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to identify learning and skill development needs.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate technical and professional development training programs.
- Drive end-to-end execution of learning initiatives including planning, communication, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and external partners/trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Monitor program effectiveness periodically, track and publish report to management.
- Drive process efficiency (learning outcomes through feedback, publish metrics, cost effective etc.) through continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain learning frameworks, training calendars, and competency development roadmaps.
What You Will Learn
- Program management, Design new programs, Facilitation skills, Change management, Budget planning and stakeholder management
- Qualifications You Must Have *
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Maters in Business Administration in Human Resources or other relevant fields
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, capability development, training management, or related areas.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, learning management systems (LMS), and digital learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs independently with strong organizational and execution skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Certifications in learning, coaching, project management, or organizational development are an added advantage.
