JOB TITLE: Sr. Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Summary:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft mechanical systems, meeting quoted or standard CMP times.
Provide work direction for assigned technicians and promote high-quality standards.
Act as Mechanical Team Lead (MTL) when assigned.
Coordinate with Inspection to ensure FAA compliance and timely documentation.
Tag and secure customer property and equipment.
Operate and supervise use of ground support equipment (power, hydraulic rigs, nitrogen/oxygen carts, etc.).
Coordinate aircraft movement as required.
Assist in training new employees on CMP, SRMs, IPCs, flight test installations, and major component maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments for overhaul or repair of customer property.
Use material tracking system for parts demand and labor charging.
Apply 6S and Lean initiatives to maintain clean, safe work areas.
Support continuous improvement processes.
Maintain and return company tools and equipment.
Support certification and final phase testing, including flight tests if required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
4 years aviation maintenance experience, including 3 years on mid/large-size aircraft
Corporate aircraft experience preferred
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required
Valid Drivers License required
Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures across multiple aircraft models and systems.
Strong knowledge of technical reference materials (maintenance manuals, IPCs, service bulletins, repair manuals, engineering drawings, ADS, etc.).
Working knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
