Position Summary

Responsible for manufacturing qualified hose assembly products that meet customer requirement on time.

Scope/Supervision & Interaction

1) Scope : Control the whole hose assembly manufacturing process, quality, and delivery

2) Supervision : Production controller

3) Interaction : SCM Team , Lean & QA Team, Sustain Eng. Team, Maintenance Team, Utility Team 

Essential Functions:

1) leads the premier customer service efforts necessary to meet Div Goals for hose assembly 

2) Make a plan for manufacturing & analyze the actual result of production.

2) Plan and implement the continuous improvement for quality.

3) Control & Improve the production capacity (increase productivity)

4) Plan and act investment of equipment and machinery.

5) Build up a work instruction and improve standard work and processes

 6) Plan and do the Lean Activity including cost reduction

7) Improve environment of shopfloor

8) Support and encourage natural team HPT

Qualifications:

1) Scholarship : University graduation

2) Experience :  5 ~ 10 years experience in Manufacturing, Process, Planning, Lean 

3) Background : Engineering Background Preferred

4) Language : English, Korean 

5) PC Skill
