Position Summary
Position Summary:Perform assembly and tests of stainless steel, steel, and other material valves and manifolds. Fill customer orders by boxing, labeling, and preparing assembled parts for shipping.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:Analyze and verify order requirements from bill of material or job traveler.
Complete training and obtain production efficiency in assembling valves and manifolds.
Analyze and verify order requirements for ATO jobs reflecting customer orders.
Complete document requirements for verification of completed assemblies.
Complete customer orders by boxing and labeling individual parts effectively and efficiently for shipment to the customer.
Contribute to HPT and participate in 5S duties and team-meetings.
Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines.
All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
Frequently required to work around and/or visit manufacturing operations exposed to noise, fumes, heavy machinery, and other shop-related hazards.
Occasional lifting or moving of lightweight (up to 26 lbs.).
Use of Personal Protective Equipment as required, may include safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and/or any other equipment deemed necessary.
