At Air Excursion LLC, dba SeaPort Airlines, we take pride in providing safe and reliable regional air service. Our skilled Maintenance Department plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft meets the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to meet FAA and company standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret pilot-reported discrepancies to ensure quick, effective resolution.
• Install, assemble, and inspect mechanical and structural components.
• Maintain accurate records, work orders, and checklists for compliance.
• Organize and track inventory, parts usage, and tool management.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

• Proven experience in Pilatus PC-12 aircraft maintenance with attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Authorized to work in U.S. and have a valid driver’s license

Required Qualifications:

• Pass pre-employment FAA DOT drug test and random screenings
• Well-versed in FAA regulations and industry standards
• Valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanic Certification
• Experience maintaining Pilatus PC-12 aircraft
