Hiring Manual Machinists in Everett, WA!Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our Production team supporting the manufacturing of rods and struts. This is a hands-on role in a precision production environment with opportunities to work across a variety of manual machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate core manual machines such as mills, lathes, honing, grinding, presses, and thread rolling equipment
- Follow drawings and written instructions to produce parts to close tolerances
- Manually install hardware using provided tools; apply adhesives or grease per BOM requirements
- Hand-deburr parts to drawing specifications
- Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools
- Perform self-inspection and accurately record required production data
- Verify part finish and overall quality
- Maintain a clean work area, including machines and parts
- Perform routine and detailed machine maintenance
Qualifications- Experience as a Manual Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
