Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Starting Pay: $50/hr.
Shape the Future of Aerospace QualityPDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Composite Material Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that critical aerospace materials meet the highest standards of reliability and safety. In this role, you will play a vital part in testing, analyzing, and validating composite materials before they are used in cutting-edge aircraft manufacturing. Your expertise will directly influence product quality, compliance, and performance.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Work within a Quality Assurance Receiving Inspection Laboratory to accept or reject incoming composite materials.
Review supplier documentation, log new materials into the system, and prepare samples for testing.
Fabricate and test composite coupons to verify compliance with aerospace specifications.
Apply quality system knowledge to manage compliant and non-compliant materials.
Lead analysis of parts, materials, and processes to identify root causes of failures and drive corrective actions.
Develop and implement test plans, document results, and recommend process improvements.
Partner with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve complex material issues.
Mentor colleagues while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
Associate degree plus 9+ years of related experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of related experience, OR
11+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, laboratory testing, and material evaluation.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on laboratory experience.
Expertise in composite materials.
Background in the aerospace industry.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
