The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK.
As a member of the Estimating and Pricing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex price proposals supporting our entire portfolio of programs, including, but not limited to B-52, B-1, Executive Transport, AWACS & AEWC.

They have the ability to work independently, provide recommendations, identify risks and opportunities, have familiarity with and adhere to federal regulations and internal policies.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as an Estimating and Pricing Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading a cross-functional team throughout the proposal process
Work independently with minimal direction and guidance
Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Works (SOWs), Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), and other proposal documentation to develop cost estimates that align with customer requirements
Develop labor estimates using data-driven estimating methodologies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), as well as internal policies and procedures
Support internal reviews, customer negotiations, audit reviews and other customer meetings
Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to executive leadership and participate in customer negotiations and other cost discussions
Develop, mentor and train junior team members
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of working major cost estimates for the Department of War or other government entities
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Word)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
8+ years of experience leading major cost estimates for the Department of War or other government entities
Experience in reviewing customer documentation (i.e. Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Technical Requirements Documents, CDRLs, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions using facts and data to provide recommendations to leadership
Experience with ProPricer or other relevant pricing software
Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies (cost estimating relationships, sim-to estimating, analogous estimating etc.) as they relate to the costing of aerospace products
Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Summary Pay Range: $110,500 - $149,500
