The Boeing Company is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interior Integration Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the certification and delivery readiness of the Boeing 787 aircraft. This position requires a proactive individual who can work cross-functionally to address and resolve complex issues while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and systems engineering, to facilitate the certification and delivery readiness of the 787 aircraft.
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate design and manufacturing processes across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Apply engineering judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve design and integration challenges, particularly in electrical and systems engineering domains.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Demonstrate strong soft skills to foster teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Influence issue resolution with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of design, manufacturing, electrical, and systems engineering processes to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
- Document and report on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to management and stakeholders.

- Experience with the Boeing 787 or similar aircraft programs.
- Familiarity with certification processes and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
