2026 Entry Level - Engineering Process & Configuration Analyst

J OB SUMMARY:
This position involves the creation and support of engineering procedures and process documents across a wide variety of engineering disciplines. It also entails the entry of aircraft configuration changes and the collection and monitoring of related key metrics. Coordination and cooperation with non-engineering groups and organizations whose processes are shared by, or interface with, these functions will also be required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interface with engineering teams to understand and document new and existing business processes and identify common points of intersection between groups and teams.
Coordinate with non-engineering teams to understand shared information between teams and work to improve alignment between the two.
Work with engineering teams to audit existing procedures and capture ideas and opportunities for improvement.
Receives, reviews, and dispositions supplier documents to ensure they are correctly entered and approved in the engineering data repository.
Interface with Integrated Supply Chain and Quality organizations to resolve issues and ensure their supplier document needs are supported.
Performs data correction and alignment tasks to comply with and improve the supplier document change control process.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree required in Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
QUALIFICATIONS:

Comfortable working with individuals and in team-based environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to become familiar with other software and process-related tools
