Wire Harness Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing)
We are seeking experienced Wire Harness Technicians to join a leading aviation manufacturer in Northern, Alabama. This role supports the assembly of electrical and fiber optic wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and control boxes used across both U.S. Government and commercial aerospace programs. Compensation & Benefits• Hourly Rate: $21.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
• Annual Earnings: Approximately $43,680.00–$52,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
• Opportunity: Long-term contract-to-hire (6 months)

Work Schedule & Location• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (occasional overtime available)

Key Responsibilities• Build and assemble electrical and fiber optic wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and control boxes
• Support aerospace and defense production requirements with high-quality workmanship
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards in a production environment
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing setting
Qualifications• Prior experience in wire harness assembly, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing preferred
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow technical drawings and written instructions
