Director of Avionics *URGENT HIRE*

Job Description:

Need to have 10 years or more of Experience running installs on Avionics Equipment (preferably GARMIN) on all corporate aircraft
Need to be able to Manage a group of 10 or more people and be hands on
After they install the equipment, requires the ability to trouble shoot any issues - guide and lead their team to solutions
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma
Factory Certification of various types in avionics and repair plus a minimum of three years of previous related experience.
Valid driver's license
Airframe & Powerplant License a plus
Strong working knowledge and understanding of the Federal Aviation Regulations and ability to understand manufacturers manuals
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in hot and noisy environment
