This is an opportunity to join the KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production Finance team in the Upper-Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) program area within Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike (SSPS) as a Principal Analyst supporting the KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production Finance Lead. The KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production program is a $3B Foreign Military Sale contract with the Missile Defense Agency.
As a key member of the KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production finance team, the Principal Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and compliance on the KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production contracts. Tracking EV Cadence, running team meetings, developing/completing CDRLs for the program. This role will also support the creation of EACs. This position will report directly to the KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production Finance Lead, and requires significant partnership with Program Management, Functional Leads, and the entire Program Controls team to ensure flawless program execution – concentrating on cost and schedule control and EVMS compliance. The candidate will be working alongside two other peers.
The KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production program is an exciting opportunity to gain capture, startup, and execution experience on a major development and production program. The KSA THAAD AN/TPY-2 Production program is one of Raytheon’s largest programs.
What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and RTN EVMS Process Description 10255
- Provide consistently thorough cost and schedule analysis
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
- Support business manager in development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
- Prepare manpower reports to support program staffing demand reviews, including working with cross functional leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of all financial CDRLs
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
- Experience using tools like APEX EV Tools, PMX, C-CERT, and SharePoint
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience generating CDRLs (CDSR, CWBS, IPMR, CFSR) deliverable under DFARs Clause
- Earned Value Certification
- EVMS audit/surveillance experience
- Experience with DFARs clause & reporting requirements.
- SAP APEX EV & PMX and Edit+ Experience
- SAP accounting system & Standard Analysis for Office reports experience (AO Reporting Tools).
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Must be independent and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
- Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
- Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
