VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Jr. Customer Service Agent -CTO.

Qualification requirements:

• A minimum of Aviation Diploma in the field of passenger handling and Ticketing.

• Proven experience in an airline or Travel Agency as Customer handling and counter agent. At least two years for Junior Customer service agent position.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

• Operating skill of Sabre DCS, would be a plus.
