Job Summary:
The IT Product Analyst III is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications (PDH, OIC, CX, SCP) to support business operations across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions, streamline processes, support system enhancements, and ensure high-quality application performance. The ideal candidate has strong functional and technical expertise, deep business process understanding, and experience working in dynamic enterprise environments.
Essential Functions:
- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud modules (PDH, CX, SCP) to meet evolving business needs.
- Design end-to-end processes, system configurations, specifications, and user-facing documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Support system upgrades, patches, quarterly releases, and all testing phases including unit, integration, and UAT.
- Provide occasional weekend or off-hours support for critical issues or scheduled activities.
- Prepare technical documents, functional designs, test scripts, and action plans as needed.
- Collaborate with business teams and end users to gather requirements, perform data mapping, support testing cycles, and deliver training.
- Develop and support end users and super users, encouraging adoption and effective system usage.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications PDH and PIM and/or CX
- Hands-on experience with middleware and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting end-to-end business processes.
- Understanding of core business processes such as product data, supply chain, or customer experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multiple year years of experience with Oracle EBS Release 11i or R12 in an application support or consulting role.
- Experience with full-cycle ERP and business system implementations or major upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise-class applications, with an understanding of IT business systems and operational workflows.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, quarterly releases, and UAT activities.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Agile, Windchill, ENOVIA, etc.).
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion Cloud applications such as SCP, ERP.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Education/Certification:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent years of experience

Salary range: $145,210.00 - 172,995.00. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
