ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
SITA Rome is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Skystar Graduate Program as Graduate Technical Delivery Analysts within our Airports & Borders business unit, initially for a 12-month period with the potential for a permanent role.
In this role, you’ll be part of the team delivering SITA’s Airport Management Systems for mobile workforce operations (Mobile Resource Management). From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects that support ground handlers and airlines globally. You’ll gain firsthand experience in configuring, integrating, and supporting mission-critical IT solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the delivery of airport IT solutions, including configuration and integration activities.
- Work directly with customers to understand and capture technical and business requirements.
- Define guidelines for optimizing customer processes through specific algorithms, from planning to execution.
- Participate in system testing, including user acceptance and quality assurance phases.
- Assist with on-site or remote go-live support during implementation phases.
- Stay current with emerging aviation technologies and digital trends.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of IT fundamentals including databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL), operating systems (e.g., Windows Server), and integration technologies such as APIs or web services.
- Fluent in English
- An excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Experience or coursework in aviation, software development, or system integration is a plus.
