We will entrust you to Collaborate with senior managers and team leaders to define meaningful business and technical performance metrics, reports and dashboards to support decision making
Translate operational needs into clear, measurable KPIs that drive business performance
Create mock-ups and visual models to bring ideas to life, followed by clear metric definitions and technical specifications for IT implementation
Help foster a data-driven mindset within the organization acting as a data-driven decision-making culture ambassado
Support end-users by troubleshooting data issues, providing guidance on dashboard usage, and ensuring continued alignment with evolving business needs
What you will need to succeed Proven experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving KPI development, data cleansing, integration, structuring and visualization
University degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Solid understanding of data processing techniques and analytical methodologies
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, KPIs, with a passion for transforming multi-source data into actionable insights
Experience in aviation or industrial operations is a plus; strong interest in business operations and the impact of data-driven decisions is essential
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and solid command of English
Any of the following is an advantage: experience in aircraft technical operations, spares procurement or logistics, Power BI, Python, advanced Excel or database administration
